1. Reviewed Patent information

  - Francoise reported that there were no other Items that the SV-CC needs
    to worry about other than the two already sent back to us.  There is another
    Champions meeting tomorrow.

Apparently Shalom is concerned that the cross reference to 37.3.5 is not necessary.
Jim thinks we could take it out.  Francoise think the vpiSize example is relevant. Jim
pointed out that that example is for a function call, not a function.  Francoise did not
realize that.  She agrees that taking out the reference is the easiest fix.  It confused
Shalom, and probably would confuse others.  Jim moves to reconsider 2621.  Chuck
Seconds.  ACCEPTED.

Friendly amendment to remove the reference to 37.3.5.  Jim moves to accept as modified.
Chuck seconds.  PASSED (unanimous).  Jim updated the proposal.
