The DASC sponsor and IEEE provide Policy and Procedures (P&amp;P) for standardization workgroups. The procedures define requirements and advice. Some items can be adapted by workgroups. The procedures and policies must be approved by workgroup vote. The P&amp;P were sent by DASC sponsor (Victor Berman). During first workgroup meeting, the workgroup have agreed to change these procedures regarding item 7.2 Working group membership status'''.

The sentence which initially read:
 ''If a working group member misses *two* consecutive meetings, his or her membership status shall be revoked.''

was replaced by the following:
 ''If a working group member misses *three* consecutive meetings, his or her membership status shall be revoked.''

The P&amp;P updated with this single change are available in file: [[%ATTACHURL%/P1778_PandP-2007-05-09.doc][P1778_PandP-2007-05-09.doc]], change history is turned on to check changes from the initially submitted version from DASC/IEEE (only one word changed).

These procedures were unanimously approved at meeting 2, May 30 2007.
