---+++ Preparation of WG vote on TDM requirements

Requirement document v0.4 is discussed in the light of the list of open questions provided by Joachim. A updated version of the document will be submitted to the WG for a vote.

Zhichao raises the issue of the representation of !NaN (Not a Number) in VHDL-AMS. The issue has been first raised in the Vector/Matrix Operation project. This may affect the core language definition, so a WG discussion is required.

Zhichao also raises the issue of the numerical validation of interpolation/extrapolation algorithms (tolerances, accuracy, reference values).
