<strong>Current status</strong><br />This meeting is a restart of the TDM activities that were stopped in 2012.

<strong>Feedback</strong><br />There was a long discussion on the feedback of Alain Courtay. It concerned
   * Preparation/preprocessing phase<br />Two phases will be in accordance with VHDL programing style. Encapsulation of data and methods by using protected types will allow optimized implementation.
   * Quadratic interpolation<br />This is included in the proposal to be in accordance with Verilog-AMS.
   * Filling the data point grid<br />It is not necessary to fill the grid before using the TDM routines.
   * Different types of interpolation<br />The different types are used taking into consideration the natural additional conditions derived from interpolation and extrapolation.
   * Integral an partial derivatives<br />A function for 1D integration shall be provided by the TDM package.
   * Holding one of its variables to a specified value<br />This can be done using the VHDL features in a preprocessing step.
   * Specifc function<br />It would be nice to have them. But it seems that they are not mandatory.

*Next steps*
   * Ernst will provide a proposal on how to use protected types. This was done in the meantime. See for more information the [[%PUBURL%/%WEB%/ProjectTableDrivenModeling/ProtectedTypePrototype.zip][zip]] file and the [[P10761/WGMmAug1314][2014-08-13 WG minutes]].
   * Joachim will prepare a proposal for 1D integration.
