The proposed plan is OK. Project telcos once a month. Most of the work through emails.
---+++ Discuss requirements analysis steps and solicit volunteers

Zhichao presents the new requirement document. A number of points are discussed:
   * The scope of multi-dimension matrix is brought up and will be included if there is some use case.
   * Block matrix may not be able to be supported by VHDL language.
   * Cross product for vector will be added if there is appropriate use case.
   * Find use case for matrix exponential operation.
   * The use case of solving matrix equation will determine whether there is need to standardize the sparse matrix solving related operations.
