In Bugzilla 104, it is indicated that an implicitly defined TO_STRING has no specified representation for extended identifiers. The following change is proposed to make this representation compatible with T'IMAGE, and allow the string to be used as input to another tool.

In section 5.7 of 1076-2008, after "letters in a basic identifiers are in lower case", add "Characters in an extended identifier include the leading and trailing reverse solidus (backslash). In the case of an extended identifier that has a backslash, the backslash is doubled in the string"
