By December, need LCS for proposals that will go into standard.
December to March - prepare final document.
What does an LCS vote mean?
Vote for the LCS as currently written, with perhaps minor changes (missing punctuation)
With large changes, then the votes need to be moved to a separate section
How does someone record what version they are voting on?
Each LCS has a version number.
Please add the version number with your vote.
