   * Steve commented on P1735. 
      * Has gotten close to acting on rights management.
      * When those changes get agreement, there will be some new changes needed in VPI.
      * Will not get done in time for this PAR.
   * No other meetings to report.

      * There is now a proposal for this item. George was able to get it to compile. It reflects the feedback from the last meeting. Chas will add it to the agenda for voting next time.

   * Feedback from the Campions 
      * Item 1352 
         * Jim moves to resubmit the proposal backed by Bassam's explanation. Bassam seconds. ACCEPTED. (unanimous)
      * Item 3272 
         * Jim looked at version P1800-2012/D2 from July 29, 2011. It still does not have 35.5.4 links are still broken.
         * Jim to put it back into the Editor state.

   * Item 3728 
      * This looks like it was an arrow that was dropped from 1364. Shalom has put it into editor mode.
   * Item 3725 
      * Had a blue arrow. Shalom has put it into editor mode.
   * Item 3087 (discuss updated proposal 1.0.1 and Annex H) 
      * Vitaly posted a number of responses to comments from Arnab.
      * Arnab needs to get back to Vitaly with comments. He needs more time to review.
      * Arnab would like to talk about open arrays, enumerations, bit val and logic val types, and copy classes.
      * Copy classes - why go with structs instead of classes? 
         * Vitaly did not have a strong reason for making structs: 
            * they could be put into extern C region, so the copy could be done in C instead of C++.
            * They also do not have methods
         * Vitaly not really opposed to making them classes.
         * Arnab said they could be parameterized and have inheritance.
         * Some discussion on whether there is a realizeable performance advantage to using structs.
   * Chas asked if we should meet more often. Consensus that we should extend meeting 30 minutes. Will start next meeting.
   * No other new business
