   * Francoise had nothing to report.

   * Item 3355 
      * The VPI model is inconsistent with the syntax of constraints.
      * Chas will add it to the section with proposals.
   * Item 0753 
      * When Jim updated it for the friendly amendment, he accidentally left off a page. So it was sent back by the Neil.
      * We re-reviewed the proposal and now it matches what we approved last time.
   * Update on Elections for Chair and Co-Chair 
      * Steve reported the results of the election
      * Chas reported that he has asked the P1800 committee to ratify the results.
   * Item 0732 
      * Francoise brought up this issue. Thinks that we would need to provide an entire un-instantiated model in order to support this.
      * There is a larger problem with decompiling classes, especially classes with parameters.
      * Was looking at what we have for expressions, and we really do not have any way of representing dotted names: member selects.
      * So we have a much larger problem. See 37.38.
      * We do not seem to be able to decompile class objects with :: in it. Will continue our discussion next time.
   * No other new business

Bassam asked for more time to review the new section, and was concerned about the term 'transition' in section C.4.3. Chuck thinks that he used the term that was in the section that describes how to read the document. Chuck will work on improving this terminology.

      * Chuck still needs to update this proposal. Chas will take it out of the agenda until Chuck has a chance to update the proposal.
