      * Confirmed that Francoise is okay with working on Item 0732.

---++ 8. Review SV-CC items with proposals:
   * Item 3115 
      * George reported that he had a chance to review the latest one. The 4th paragraph in section 35.5.1.2 has been modified since the previous version. Removed the "(implicitly or explicitly)" portion of the sentence. The original author just missed updating that paragraph.
      * Version 4 is the updated version of this proposal.
      * Francoise would like Doug and Amit's view.
      * George will get Doug to the next meeting.
      * Postponed discussion till next meeting.
   * Item 3192 
      * No progress has been made on this. Amit has not had time to review.
      * Shalom has added this to a group of other Mantis Items.
      * One option is to pass this as is, then make another proposal to deal with the extern property.
      * Related Mantis items include Item 1435, Item 0757, and Item 0447 (which is closed)
      * Postponed discussion till next meeting.
