8. Review SV-CC items with proposals:

• Item 3115
  • Amit has reviewed the latest proposal. Except one curiosity, he is okay with the latest proposal. Amit wanted the default lifetime qualifiers will be static, and the user can modify it to be re-entrant.
  • What did Doug mean by the quote in 35.5.1.2: "Reentrant DPI imports should typically be declared as automatic (explicitly or implicitly). Implementations shall not clobber formal argument storage when an automatic DPI import is called reentrantly"?
  • George will check with Doug about the quote in the original proposal.
