<pre> - Because the PAR has been approved, the EC and BC have started addressing the issues that were prioritized.  People are beginning to
   work on proposals.  Some items will effect SV-CC.  SV-EC may be having a face to face in CA sometime in the next 2 months.

   * Item 3116 
      * Named events do not have a typespec. They are more like variables now. Chuck suggested that we might consider changing them to vpiEventVar.
      * Chuck asked if there was any likelyhood of them taking on additional variable like properties. Francoise did not think it was worth the trouble
      * of moving them to event vars. Too many backwards compatibility problems would occur. Are allowed in places where variables are not allowed.
      * Given the feedback, Chuck will put together a proposal that only adds a typespec, of type vpiEventTypespec. Francoise asked how arrays
      * would work.
   * Item 1477 
      * Chuck wants to eliminate Interface Decl and use it for virtual interface variable instead. Was a method. New would be both a method and
      * an object type. Francoise would like more time to review the proposal. SV-EC is also discussing virtual interfaces, and they are considering
      * allowing them in ports. Chuck thought they were already allowed there. We will put it under Items with proposals for next time.
   * Item 3115 
      * Amit described the proposal in Item 3115. The proposal allows DPI applications to specify the lifetime of an argument passed to/from the
      * DPI application. Francoise asked how the C code can find out how the routine was declared? Can it be found out through VPI? Amit asked
      * if that info was available in VPI. Chuck looked, and there was an Automatic property. Amit also thought that the DPI application developer
      * should be aware of how the routine was defined. We will put this Item under Items with proposals for next time.
