Due to low attendance (just Ed, Ben, Erik), no quorum at this meeting- can talk but can't vote.

   * Defer to next meeting: can't vote due to lack of quorum
<li>Mantis 3147 (Passed last vote, but non-voter Shalom saw an issue): fixed?</li>
   * Included as 'passed' in last mtg minutes, so will consider passed with latest fix (which was posted before that meeting).  Someone should speak up if they disagree.

   * Yes, ready for vote-- will include in next email vote.

   * Ed working on final version. Some grammar to clean up, and sequences should 'admit' rather than 'contain' matches.  Need to change "intent of property was not verified."  Other changes in email, may need clarification from Shalom on recent suggestions.
   * ==&gt; Ed will try to come up with another draft & email for group review before vote.

   * What are exact requirements for quorum? Need to document for future reference!
   * Changing status to Resolved for successful votes?  Ed had problems, Erik will try… may need Dmitry.
   * Erik will wait for final draft of 2546, then call for vote on 4557 & 2546
