3610: Sequence methods with sequences admitting empty match

Erik: Will add a separate subclause about sequences admitting empty match at the end of 16.9.2

Anupam: Disallowing .triggered on empty sequences will be backward incompatible

Dmitry: We don't disallow, just clarify that empty matches don’t count there. The behavior will be backward compatible according to Annex F.
