Rules day we could submit to revcom now, but we want to address all comments. We will try to pull the schedule in as it is unlikely we will need a full 30 days for either rework or the recirculation ballot.

One comment was made that editorial requirements are met. We will just mark this as accepted.
---++++ Synopsys comments:

Comments were all around marking of V1 vs. V2. Dave will make initial corrective suggestions after reviewing with submitter of these comments. Joe suggested it may work to have an informative table and/or more description of use of V1/V2. John mentioned that a table of all pragmas may address this and more.
---++++ Mentor comments:

12 comments on variety of topics. John discussed digest debug and canonicalization, comments from the synthesis product team on name visibility, and questions from language detail experts asking about effects of protection. Comments were presented from the IEEE spreadsheet. John will post the same in an annotated PDF.

One typo was identified.
---++++ Altera comments:

35 comments in annotated PDF. Some typos. Some asking about terminology such as "shall" in a standard that is a recommendation. Some asking about inclusion of legal terminology such as indemnification. Some assorted other suggestions.
