Requirements: the IP Quality standard is set to help Customers realize the Quality of a given IP base on questions related to the customer project needs and specific requirements (standard, process, functions, etc)

Solution: the standard as it will be implemented by the EDA vendors will allow the IP customers and vendors to post questions and inputs to answer such questions.

Method: IP vendors will be able to post data on the IP base on the relevant QIP parameters as well as to extend it
                   IP customer will be able to use predefine questions on the IP as well as to define new questions I.E. run a search for specific answer which was not posed in the preset questions and maybe even add this new question to a public / privet vault

Documentation: we will post a documentation that will guide new user in how to make the most out from the new standard.

Next step: Satin IP had already agreed to collaborate with Rosetta in this mini project, assuming that the propose approach will be accepted by every one involved we can take the following steps:
Phase 1
1.	Use one of Rosetta IP as a case study
2.	Insert its quality data into the QIP scheme thru the Satin IP tool
3.	Compose typical customer questions concerning this IP
4.	Run those questions thru the Satin IP tool to view the outcome
5.	Write a document describing the entire process
Phase 2
6.	Extend the document into  advance capabilities:
a.	Extending the QIP list for vendor specific parameters
b.	Defining a new question and posting it either internally to the customer environment or to a public domain.
