<strong>Approval of February 10, 2015 minutes<br /></strong>The [[WGMmFeb1016][February 10, 2016 minutes]] were approved. Alain moved to approve. Zhichao seconded.

<strong>Patent policy<br /></strong>Ernst offered to show the [[https://development.standards.ieee.org/myproject/Public/mytools/mob/slideset.pdf][patent policy slides]], but presentation was unnecessary since the attendees are all regulars.

<strong>eda.org end of life<br /></strong>eda.org will go offline at the end of March 2016. New mailing list VHDLAMS@LISTSERV.IEEE.ORG has been available since mid January 2016. The [[https://listserv.ieee.org][Email archive]] is not yet available.

<strong>Review of LCSs<br /></strong>A overview on the status of the [[P10761201XLCSs][Language Change Specifications]] is represented in the [[%ATTACHURL%/mtg_slides160309.pdf][meeting slides]]. Alain informed about two minor issues that came up during the integeration of LCS 201x-04 Types and natures. Zchichao reviewed LCS 201x-05 Expressions and did not find any issues that should be discussed. LCS 201x-11 Declarations was analyzed by Alain. Ernst responded to review comments. In the discussion, it was mentioned that overloading for natures and subnatures is not required. Thus, there is no need to introduce base natures. LCS 201x-13 Predefined language environment provides different attribute names for terminals. T for terminals was used as a placeholder for a prefix where possible. Support of overloading would be more complicated. Regarding LCS 201x-14 Elaboration and execution, a terminal elaboration consistent flow was discussed. LCS 201x-14 is still pending.  

All clauses are covered.

<strong>Approval of revised LCSs, where possible<br /></strong>LCSs 201x-05, LCS 201x-11, and LCS 201x-13 were approved.

<strong>Discussion on new LCSs</strong><br />Ernst submitted LCS 201x-17 Integration of IEEE Std 1076.1.1. Review is necessary.

<strong>LRM status</strong><br />The [[P10761201XLRMEditing][P1076.1-201X LRM editing]] information is provided in the Member-only area. Next steps will be to integrate LCS 201x-05 and LCS 201x-11.

<strong>VHPI </strong><br />Thers was not enough time to discuss VHPI integration. An Email discussion to prepare a detailed discussion at the next meeting will be initiated.
