<strong>Approval of January 15, 2014 minutes<br /></strong>The [[WGMmJan1514][January 15, 2014 minutes]] were approved after correction of a misleading sentence and a typo, with a motion by Alain seconded by Joachim.

<strong>Patent policy<br /></strong>Ernst offered to show the patent policy, but presentation was skipped since the attendees are familiar with the patent policy.
---+++ Review of project plan

Status and schedules of projects considered for the current revision of the language was presented and discussed.

<strong>Integration of packages defined by IEEE Std 1076.1.1</strong><br />The text of the IEEE Std 1076.1.1 will be inserted into the appendix of the IEEE Std 1076.1 revision. The code is not part of the Language Change Specification (LCS) of the LRM. Microsoft Word sources of the IEEE Std 1076.1.1 are available. The integration can be carried out in one year.

<strong>Baseline LRM</strong><br />Ernst contacted Peter Ashenden and Jim Lewis concerning the coordination of activities with the IEEE P1076 WG. Use of Three Letter Acronyms (TLA) has to be clarified. At the end of a lengthy discussion on various aspects concerning the text processing system for the IEEE Std 1076.1 revision, Joan informed that the publishers do not support structured Framemaker. Regular Framemaker can be used.

<strong>Packages (Vector/Matrix Operations, Table-driven Modeling, and others) </strong><br />Packages are coordination items to the P1076 project list. If there exists a copyright holder letters that grant permissions for the IEEE Std 1076.1 revision are needed for the ballot draft at the latest. Joan can provide the most actual copyright permission letter to Ernst. The permission status of packages that are part of the IEEE Std 1076 and shall also be part of the IEEE Std 1076.1 revision depends on the signed copyright permission letter.

<strong>Language extensions<br /></strong>Ernst shortly addressed possible language enhancements. A candidate is the postponed procedural statement.

<strong>Proposals to drop new feature projects<br /></strong>It was proposed to drop for the next revision of the IEEE Std 1076.1 the projects
   * Mixed netlists
   * Support for Partial Differential Equations

A vote on priority of projects by the WG will be prepared.
