   * Need to add links to IEEE VHDL-200X-FT, MP, DTA lists to make sure we collect those requirements
   * Discussed conditional compilation 
      * Consider have conditional compilation a separate standard -- Peter F

   * AI: John to update Conditional Compilation 
      * John is only working on pre-processor solution
      * John to make space for _others_ to propose alternate implementations
   * AI: Jim add links to VHDL-2008-FT, MP, DTA, ... requirements
