   * First establish the person has a vested interest in VHDL (ie: user or tool developer)<br>
     If you don't know them and they don't use a corporate email that does electronics,  I ask them, <br>
       "For SPAM control, please provide the answer to the following Riddle,<br>
      The VHDL working group needs a mouse house.
       Please create an architecture house for 
      the entity mouse.   Since we don't have our
      mouse yet, right now they are both empty."   

   * Login to TWIKI
   * You must be a [[main.P1076AdminGroup][P1076 TWIKI admin]].  If you are here, you probably are an admin, so check.
   * Register the new TWIKI account at: [[TWiki.TWikiRegistration]].
   * Add the person to the end of [[main.P1076Group]]
