---++ Meeting Discussion
   * LCS 41:  Defined logical numeric ordering of accessing record elements and physical units
      * Note that this is a logical numeric ordering that defines how to reference the object.    A compiler may implement a different physical ordering of the record elements as long as the logical numeric ordering accesses the appropriate element.
   * LCS 41:  Added error conditions for methods with parameters
   * Waiting for IEEE-SA to approve P1076 as pilot.
   * Resolved question about LCS 45a + LCS 16 to use interface_type_indication rather than subtype_indication per LCS 16.   
   * Waiting for LRM.   Latest is that John thinks Monday June 26.
