      * AI: Remove restriction on protect directives not being in a conditional compilation block
   * Patrick:
      * Looking into action item on generic types on package interface - arrays
      * Interfaces - not active.
   * Brent: Deferred Shared Variables
      * Question to group: Do we need a second "deferred shared variable declaration in the package body?"
         * With subprogram instances, the instanced subprogram body is automatically placed at the end of the package.
      * Need to research lexical conformance and the differences between subprograms and deferred constants.
      * Fix issue of Thomas Preusser
   * Jim: Annotating LRM for PT & will be posting it shortly.
