   * December to March - prepare final document.
   * Rob Gaddi: Revised LCS on ";" and Date Time
      * Looks real good.
      * Action Change TIME_REC to TIME_RECORD
   * Type assurance ie: designating arrays see proposal [[ArrayTypeGenerics]]
      * AI Patrick work on LCS for [[ArrayTypeGenerics]] to support all contexts (entity, package, subprogram)
   * Generics on Packages and signatures [[AssociationListSignatures]] in ISAC must do
      * AI Patrick to work on LCS
   * AI: Jim Reorder lists s.t. ISAC and Packages is above rejected and some day
   * Reviewed LCS [[LCS2016_001]]
      * Look ok. Needs voting.
   * Reviewed LCS: [[LCS2016_002]]
      * Needs to include protected types
      * Needs to be checked for consistency with ADA
