      * Needs champion.
      * Syntax offers little over current capability.

      * There is no assignment for protected types
      * A better option seems to be to support [[FunctionInterface]]

      * Seems like we have another proposal for this already

      * This is a language revision that is trying to address a compiler optimization.
   * Next Meeting:
      * Wrap up on this discussion of the list and look for champions.
      * Reorganize proposal list to group related approved items
      * Put proposal list in order of priority
      * Create rejected list and some time maybe list
      * Restart Interface Discussion
         * Lieven cannot do detailed work on it until July
