   * What does an LCS vote mean?
      * Vote for the LCS as currently written, with perhaps minor changes (missing punctuation)
      * With large changes, then the votes need to be moved to a separate section
      * How does someone record what version they are voting on?
         * Each LCS has a version number.
         * Please add the version number with your vote.

      * AI Ryan: Does having a file parameter make a function impure? Seemingly not, but if you do anything with the file it the function is impure.
      * LCS reviewed and updated to version 3
