   * For simple things, Standard vs Open Source 
      * Standard 
         * Vendor issues wrt what features a tool supports
         * May not be available to all
      * Open Source 
         * May not be compiled on all tools.
         * Authors may not include it in their books
         * Easy to fix.
   * Arbitrary length integers 
      * Future: Run time dynamic sizing of integers - not a synthesis candidate
      * Current: Use UNIVERSAL_INTEGER as a base type and constrain it anywhere bit_vector needs a constraint
      * Should we make UNIVERSAL_INTEGER castable to bit_vector?
   * Sequential Declarations 
      * ADA uses keyword "declare" where the proposal uses the keyword "block"?

      * std.env seems reasonable
      * May be reasonable to have foundations in std.env and have other package that break it down.
      * AI: Main.RobGaddi to help move the standard forward
