      * Peter: Potentially dangerous within a strongly typed, overloaded language. Jim agrees
      * David: could be used in context of fixed and floating point array packages to enforce array bounds to match in index value rather than match in just length. 
         * Alternately consider David's concern as a separate issue since it goes in a more restrictive direction
