   * Peter responded to Brent's example on the reflector
   * Jim: It is a fairly complicated example, can someone provide a drawing?
   * Need to make sure language design addresses both RTL and verification
   * Lots of email traffic - see reflector.
---++ Specifying Generics on Usage of Object
   * Block introduces specification of a generic on a port object when it is used and does not require a separate instance - in a similar fashion to an entity/component instance specifying it when the entity is used.
   * Would be a nice thing to be able to use in other places.
---++ Add Generics to Types (in Particular Protected Types).
   * Jim recently posted a proposal for this on the requirements page
   * Briefly discussed rationale
   * Jim: AI Post examples of usage.
