As long as it is electronic. Otherwise, people have to attend
the meeting to maintain membership.
I just got notice that our initial TWIKI page is ready.
Perhaps, there is an informal way to do it through there.
Since you have to login, that may work well.

I don't think we need to document the implementation of
our means of electronic voting in our P&P, just that we
are doing it.
