[vhdl-200x] Webpage updated

Dear colleagues,
I have updated the vasg webpage.  It now includes a section
on Standards Revisions Time Line.  As in the past, the
old vhdl-200x webpage is now linked into the vasg page.

In the new webpage, voting results from all previous
votes (since I have been chair) are at:
    http://www.eda-stds.org/vasg/voting/
