   Since two versions of the same document ("e Basics") have been presented for approval and they contain mutually exclusive content, nobody can vote to approve (or disapprove) their updates.

   The file basics_1-20-newer.pdf uses the 4.1.5.4 section title "Preprocessor names," in lieu of "Macros," while the file basics_10-02.pdf retains the section title "Macros."

   I suggest we merge these two documents, review them, and then vote on the updates.
