All,
I agree with Peter's perspective.

Also unless we find some one with time, I think we
need to defer it the next phase.  This would also
give us the advantage that we could do testing with
generics in place.

BTW:  I marked it deferred already.  If anyone
disagrees and has time to do the work, then I
will change it.
