Folks,

The minutes indicate that John missed the discussion on TBV2.  My
recollection of it is that I suggested we consider developing a library of
packages for useful abstract data types based on the new type-generics
features, rather than picking out associative arrays as a special case.  If
we were to do that, there would be no VHPI impact.
