Scope / GoalsEnhance/update VHDL for to improve performance, modeling capability, ease of use, simulation control, and the type system.Meetings Much of the work for this group will be done in conference calls and on the reflector. Meetings are announced on the reflector. Many of the meetings will be via conference calls and web tools.Steering Committee The VHDL-200x Steering Committee (SC) is chaired by the VASG Chair and its members include all functional team leaders, the ISAC chair and our Accellera liaison. The SC is responsible for ensuring that the work of the functional teams meets WG acceptance criteria, is integrated with existing LRM and parallel efforts by other teams. The SC meets regularly via telecon to ensure adequate progress by the teams.Documents Documents from meetings and posted to the reflector.Email Reflector Much of the work and communication of this group will be done via the email reflector.
