Hi Customarily working groups will have vice-chairs and secretary. I would be more than happy to delegate some of the operational work of the group. It would also be good training if someone else wanted to take on the role of chair eventually. To be an officer, you must join IEEE and DASC - it is required by the working group P&P: http://www.eda-twiki.org/vasg/docs/p1076_wg_pp.pdf If you are interested, we will formalize it with an election process. Please speak up.
