Hi,
If you are getting this you are on the VHDL-200X reflector.
You have taken at least a first step to participating.

Currently on the email reflector, we are getting good
discussion on the block interfaces. However, to get
the next standard revision done, we need more than
just this.

To help us get more work done, I would like to
ask that you consider spending 30 minutes to 1 hour
per week writing or commenting on revision proposals.
You will find these at:
http://www.eda-twiki.org/cgi-bin/view.cgi/P1076/CollectedRequirements

If you are writing proposals, don't worry about presenting
a final solution. TWIKI is intended to facilitate
brainstorming on ideas to get to a solution. So throw down
your ideas and lets kick them around some.

To get us started, I have added a number of items to the
collected requirements page. I consider many of these ideas
"brainstorming" and I hope people will help either round
out the rough spots or propose an alternative.

I would like to see the proposals written and commented
on on TWIKI - that way we have a current summary of where
we are at without having to read several emails to figure
it out. If you do not have a TWIKI account yet, send me
an email requesting one.

I am always open to other ideas as to how to get the
work done.

Best Regards,
Jim
