Hi,

I have updated the proposal twiki to incorporate some of the discussion
that has taken place on the reflector. I am not proposing anything new,
nor am I proposing anything I don't believe in. If you are going to
discuss this tomorrow, the twiki is a place to prepare, but some of the
prior discussion on the reflector is another source to review.

We have not had much face-to-face discussion and Jim is hoping tomorrow
will a good opportunity.
