After dialing in, press the sign in box to sign in to the meeting.
At anytime before the meeting or at the start of the meeting, you can
approve the meeting minutes by pressing the approve meeting minutes box.

For discussion, use the discussion box. Please type topic title if you are
first to start a topic. After speaking, type what you said on the audio
connection - this will minimize the key clicking from my keyboard.
