Attached is my first cut at a Matrix math package. I currently have
this code working, but with only a small (200 line) testbench.

Are there any other functions people would want to see?

"real_vector" is defined in VHDL-2008, I redefined it for VHDL-93
capability.
The "=" and "/=" functions that are automatically defined for
"real_matrix" seem to work just fine, so I'm using them, and have the
redefined ones commented out.
