[vhdl-200x] correction: IEEE Std 1076-2008 pdf almost available

All,
Once again, I failed to check the system and relied on what
I was told.  If you are a subscriber to IEEE libraries that
include standards, the standard is available through xplore.
It has been submitted to be available through the other website
but it takes time for that to happen (big data base thing).

I am looking into what can be done to expedite it being
available.

Jim,

I'm still getting 1076-2008 CD only (no PDF!) and CD is listed as
unavailable. I have double checked on another computer without logging
to IEEE account and the result was the same. The search string
"1076-2008" returns 17 items, but the only PDFs are for the earlier
versions of the standard.

The latest I have from IEEE staff (attached below) is that the standard
is now available as a pdf for purchase.

To find it, go to the following link and then search on
1076-2008

     http://www.ieee.org/go/shop

This will give you a list of standards.  Make sure to select IEEE Std
1076-2008
