[vhdl-200x] LRM Changes Accellera and IEEE

Hi,
Persuant to the Message of Understanding between
IEEE VASG and Accellera VHDL TC, the Accellera VHDL
TC is working on changes to the VHDL LRM for an
Accellera Draft of 1076 to be ready for Accellera
board approval at DAC (July 2006).

To make the transition of the standard smooth between
the Accellera draft of 1076 and the future IEEE balloted
draft of 1076, if you plan on balloting the IEEE draft,
please participate in the Accellera VHDL TC LRM
Subcommittee.  Note that the Accellera VHDL TC LRM
subcommittee is currently voting on revisions to the
LRM.  Some of these are implementations of the ISAC
IRs that you may have already voted on.  Some of these
are Accellera generated language revisions.

You do not need to be an Accellera member to participate.
You do need to register with Accellera.  To register with
Accellera, goto:

On the line that states the following, press "click here"
   "If you are not an Accellera member and would like to
    join this group, _click here_ to contact us."

In the comments field say:
I would like to sign up for the
      VHDL TC and
      VHDL TC LRM subgroup.

Note that there are also other groups that under the
VHDL TC that you may wish to join (requirements group,
extensions group, and review group).

Most of the groups under Accellera VHDL TC are meeting on a
weekly basis and are working hard to create VHDL-2006.
