[vhdl-200x] New types based on FT-14

All,

I anticipate the creation of a variety of new types using the new
flexibility provided by FT-14 (unconstrained elements in arrays and
records). I can think of a few that I will define as soon as I get the
green light from our tools vendors. Do we want to define any types in
anticipation of FT-14, or do we want to wait and see which de-facto
standards tools vendors come up with that we can adopt?
