Jim Lewis's motion to amend Peter Ashenden's motion has passed. The vote is as follows:
Approve: 14
Disapprove: 2
Abstain: 2
There were 24 votiing members. Thus:
A. 75% return (50% required)
B. 77.8% approval of those returned
C. 58.3% approval of the voting membership.
Therefore, the motion to amend passes.
The participation of this vote will be used to establish the voting membership on the amended motion for which the call will follow shortly.
Thanks to all who voted.
NOTE: There was one approval vote cast that did not officially count as the person casting it was previously identified as not having met the participation requirements. This vote will be used to re-establish voting membership.
