If there is time remaining after reviewing the 1164 proposals, we'll review FT1-4 and FT13 proposals (in that order) as well. Since the 1164 proposals and FT1-4 & FT13 are all straight-forward, there's a good chance we can complete review of them in the 2 hour telecon today. This will allow us to devote more time in future telecons to proposals which need and deserve more attention.
