RE: [vhdl-200x] Draft PAR

Small clarification

This doesn't mean that this draft PAR is being submitted to NESCOM as is with only this one technical correction to be made. It simply means that I think we can entertain the motion and have discussion without generating a new draft that has this small typographical error fixed. The process is: motion, second, discussion and call for vote on the motion.
