FYI, This is for the next Steering Committee meeting. (Steering Committee is
myself, all technical team leads -- including ISAC -- and Dennis Brophy --
Accellera liaison.)

Of course, others may attend. The focus of the meeting is to make sure the
technical teams have everything they need to get the technical work started.
The agenda is:

  - Team infrastructure
  - Anything teams need to get started?
  - Resolution of overlaps (decide now or let teams resolve -- by when?)
  - Priorities - Do we have sufficient information to proceed?

     - Fast-track: Anything from the priorities that should be given to FT team
to consider for fast-track resolution? (XMR was nominated by me previously.
>From what I see, the next most easiest item would probably be "allow reading of
out mode ports." In any case, I think we should discuss this. The other
previously nominated FT items should also be considered -- unary reduction,
logical vector/scalar ops, formalizing explicit/implicit operator overload
resolution and to_string.)

  - ISAC - When will the IRs be reviewed? (What's the result of the review:
reasonableness check, recommended technical team assignment and relative
priority?)

  - Process. As per Bhasker's email, any questions related to the process.

As you can see from the agenda, the most technical issue is the discussion of
the priorities. (I want to avoid people from outside the SC feeling like they
wasted their time because the meeting was not what they thought it would be --
it is not a technical working meeting. Unfortunately for the SC members, they
are obligated to spend their time in this meeting :-)
