The language style in this proposal is not consistent with the style of the
LRM, and probably does not adhere to IEEE style guidelines. For example,
"We will observe the following." is first-person text, which is not used in
the LRM.
I am willing to approve this proposal if the Champions committee authorizes
the editor to change the language style as part of implementing the
proposal. Otherwise, the proposal should be sent back to the AC committee
for rewriting.
