[sv-dc] RE: Back annotation with/without deferred resolution function association

Just to be clear, I do not see a reason we must have resolution functions tied to nets rather than resolution functions tied to types. Hence, I cannot rationalize a reason for deferred binding of resolution functions.

As far as resolution modules, I believe we should exhaust state free resolution function possibilities. Resolution module proposals should be postponed until after state-free resolution functions have been introduced into products and thoroughly explored by users.
