[BT] Friendly editorial suggestions:

- 19.9 change the font of the tasks $fatal/... To be courier like it is
  in the assertion section.

- Reference to 20.2.1 is put as (20.2.1) should probably be (see 20.2.1)


[TT] Friendly amendment:

- In Syntax 19-9, you are changing  assert_severity_task  to  severity_task.
  However, there is already a  severity_task defined below:
  You will need to change one of the names to make things consistent.
  
  nonfatal_message_task ::= severity_task [ ( [ message_argument { ,
  message_argument] } ] ) ] ;
  
  severity_task ::= $error | $warning | $info
  
  Maybe you could change  assert_severity_task to severity_message_task instead.
