Hi Tom, Shall we deposit the original version? Thanks, Dmitry -----Original Message----- From: owner-sv-ac@server.eda.org [mailto:owner-sv-ac@server.eda.org] On Behalf Of Thomas Thatcher Sent: Tuesday, September 04, 2007 11:23 PM To: sv-ac@server.eda-stds.org Subject: [sv-ac] Review of Latest 1550 proposal Hello Everyone, I have reviewed the latest proposal for 1550 (file Sampled1550_070904_dk.doc). I have only one comment. On page 322, in the second new paragraph, the text was changed as follows: From: The value of an expression sampled in the preponed region corresponding to time 0 is the result of evaluating the expression using the initial values of the variables comprising the expression. To: The value of an expression sampled in the Preponed region corresponding to time 0 is the result of evaluating the expression using the initial sampled values of the variables - the initial values of the variables comprising the expression. (With "initial sampled values" in italics) I think I liked the original wording better. In the new proposal, it appears that a new term "initial sampled values" is being defined, but it is never used anywhere else in the text, so why define it? Is "initial sampled value" different in some way from the "initial value"? I think adding the cross references later in this paragraph was sufficient. Tom -- ------------------ Thomas J.
